Now available for your flying pleasure is the Dr John's Laser Services Yak 54 3D. A long time local favorite has been updated to be able to accept a larger selection of motor and battery combinations. If you only have one flat plate foamie in your hangar this is THE one to fly.
The original design was done about five years ago by IMAC competitor Willem Badenhorst before the Yak 54 became all the rage. Over 90% of the pilots who have had a chance to fly the Yak have bought one for themselves.
Dr John's Yak 54 kit includes all precision laser cut 6mm Depron foam parts, carbon fiber spar, carbon fiber elevator joiner, carbon fiber pushrods, carbon fiber fuselage stiffners and carbon fiber landing gear struts for the optional landing gear. The kit also includes a precision laser cut sheet of 1/16 plywood parts that includes all control horns and a multi duty motor mount. Full build instructions with pictures are on the included CD.

The Dr John's Laser Services Nano MIG-29 Twin EDF 50 is now available for your flying pleasure.
This kit is very similar in construction to our F-15 kit but is just enough larger to be able to fit
GWS EDF 50H fan units for increased thrust. The kit features all precision laser cut 3mm and 6mm
Depron foam parts. The kit also includes precision laser cut 1/16 inch plywood control horns, all
required carbon fiber parts, music wire for pushrods, rare earth magnets for the hatch hold down
and a CD with fully illustrated building instructions. The CD also includes graphics files that can be
printed on clear Avery labels to add panel lines and scale details to the aircraft.

F-15 Mini Twin EDF

Dr John's F-15 Mini Twin EDF is designed around two of the affordable GWS EDF40H electric ducted fan units. When powered from a 400mah to 800mah 3 cell Lipoly battery pack she offers normal "park flyer" performance for small field or indoor flying. Upgrading the stock motors to brushless will bring out the "Eagle" in her and require a much larger area to fly in.
The F-15 Mini Twin EDF kit includes precision laser cut 3mm and 6mm Depron foam parts, laser cut plywood control horns, carbon fiber spar, carbon fiber torque rods, carbon fiber elevator joiner, music wire for pushrods and complete building instructions on CD. The CD also includes graphics files for both the traditional USAF gray color scheme and the Thunderbirds Bicentennial red, white and blue scheme.
